Basic after-sale information

1、If it is within the stipulated time, please wait patiently, but if exceeds, we will make corresponding compensation for this.
2、If your glasses are referred to be made incorrectly, please email us with your original prescription from the doctor first: if it is entered correctly, please provide us with the paper inspection result from local optical shop. If not, we will remake it for you at no additional cost. But if the prescription was entered incorrectly, we will not be responsible for it.
3、Please note if it's not quality problems, and you insist to return the glasses, please contact first that 50% will be refunded to you at most.
